Ticket Delivery

• Once your booking is successfully completed, your ticket PDF will be sent to your registered email address immediately.

• If you have provided a valid WhatsApp number at the time of booking, a copy of the ticket PDF will also be shared on WhatsApp for your convenience.

• Please ensure that the email address and WhatsApp number entered during booking are correct. The organizers will not be responsible for delays or failed delivery due to incorrect details provided by the guest.

Customer Cancellation

• Once payment is completed, bookings for Rangtali Navratri are non-cancellable and non-refundable under any circumstances. We request all guests to confirm their plans before making a booking.

Organizer Cancellation

• Rangtali Navratri organizers reserve the right to cancel the event only in unavoidable situations such as government restrictions, safety concerns, or other critical circumstances.

Force Majeure

• In case of force majeure events (including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemic restrictions, or government orders), the event may be postponed or cancelled.

• If the event cannot be rescheduled, any refund decisions will be made solely at the discretion of the organizers.

Notification Process

• If the event is cancelled or postponed by the organizers, guests will be informed via email and/or SMS, and updates will also be posted on our official website and social media platforms.

Rescheduling

• If the event is rescheduled, all valid bookings will automatically be honored for the new date.

Partial Cancellations

• Changes to specific performances, artists, or activities within the event will not qualify for any refund or cancellation. Alternative arrangements will be made where possible.
