All sales for Rangtali Navratri event tickets and bookings are final. Refunds are generally not available except in specific circumstances outlined below.
If the event is cancelled by the organizers due to unforeseen circumstances, full refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds may be considered for medical emergencies with proper documentation (medical certificate) submitted at least 48 hours before the event date.
The event will proceed regardless of weather conditions. No refunds will be provided for weather-related concerns.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
Processing fees (if any) are non-refundable.
